In this workshop, I will introduce you to a transformational adventure, as I lead you on a merry dance around the wheel of life! I will invite you to enquire into your own lives from twelve different perspectives, each of which unfolds naturally and organically as part of a coherent cyclical journey.

Gayle Force was born in St.Austell in 1953. Her spiritual work has led her to help people all over the world. Gayle has been featured on BBC T.V and Radio. She is currently enjoying a regular slot with radio St.Austell bay, with a phone in programmed and chat. A few years ago her work hit world news when she found 'a bottom pinching ghost' at the Cornish Arms St.Blazey. Although Gayle gives private readings and healings every week at her sanctuary in St.Austell, along with internet readings , she also does paranormal investigations, events and work - shops, with her largest audience being one million with BBC Radio One.

Trevor & Kat Piper - Falung Gong classes.
Falun Gong, also known as Falun Dafa, is a traditional Chinese qigong practice for improving body and mind. It consists of five sets of easy-to-learn exercises and meditation suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels, and also teaches the improvement of one's moral character by following the three principles of Truthfulness, Compassion and Tolerance. Trevor and Kat Piper, who have practiced Falun Gong for 4 years, will introduce you to the gentle exercises and simple principles which can have a profound affect on both physical and mental well-being.

ABOUT AGAMA YOGA:
Agama yoga provides a traditional and genuine approach to the ancient yoga system of India and Tibet. The heart of the tantric system of yoga and spirituality is based on learning awareness and control of the energies of nature and the chakras, or centres of force in the human being.
Its aim is to offer a comprehensive package including practical hatha yoga, purification techniques, meditation, pranayama, and lectures on relevant topics to offer the necessary theoretical background for understanding the practice of such a multifaceted, ancient discipline.
Ania is from Poland; she began her yoga studies in 1998, first with the Sivananda and Iyengar models. In 2002 she began teaching In Rishikesh, India. In 2005 she joined the school in Thailand, where was teaching till march 2008. She is presently living in Bristol, where she teaches Agama yoga classes, courses and workshops.
Silvia The questioning of the fundamental truths of life drew her to Agama yoga in Thailand, where she found the perfect ground for her spiritual growth. She completed the Agama teacher training course in 2006. She was teaching in London in 2006 and has recently returned from Thailand, where she was teaching full time from January 2007 till march 2008. She has recently opened an Agama yoga branch in Bristol, with her yogini colleague Ania
